Welcome to your tire guy

Hello there, my name is Nick, aka “Your Tire Guy”

I have been working in the automotive industry since I was 14 years old, washing cars for my dad’s car dealership as a summer job. Since then, I have continued to work in the automotive industry, from sales and marketing side, to the mechanical service and tire side.

Years of working in the industry, I have noticed that buying tires can easily become one of the most overwhelming thing. It’s not a cheap purchase, and you ask your friends or family hoping someone can give you the answers of what to buy, and the ones to stay away from. I have worked with customers for years, providing answers when they did not know where to start. That is why I started this site, to become a resource for visitors to lean on to help answer their questions.

That sounds cool, but what do you know about tires…

Fair question. I should I also mention that I was a manager of Operations at a tire retailer, with multiple locations, introducing a new inventory management system, POS system and new digital marketing plan. I have also worked closely with customers across a variety of vehicles and tire types, such as all season, snow, all terrain, mud tires, and performance tires.

You don’t have the time or the money to review the tires on the market, so let me be your guide and provide the research for you. My goal is to answer the questions you have about your next set of tires, and make your research easy!

Seeing all of the ins and outs of a tire retailer, I wanted to bring my knowledge as a guide for others. Working so closely with customers, I loved being able to educate and help an individual throughout the entire experience. There are so many options for your vehicle, people buy based on what price, or a commercial they saw, and that always isn’t the best option. Or there could be a tire brand that has the same quality, at a lower price than the popular name brand.
